TERMS & CONDITIONS

 We recommend that guests make use of travel insurance before and during their travels. The reason being, to prepare for the possibility of any unforeseen circumstances that would cause a cancellation or any changes. The conditions below apply to bookings made at Komba on the Rocks.

General Notes

Includes: Accommodation, breakfast and dinner. 

Excludes: Additional transfers, excursions, lunches, drinks & flights to and from Madagascar, Nosy Be.

·        Rates are quoted per Bungalow per night in Euro.

·        Minimum of 3-night stay.

·        Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy

·        The full amount must be paid in order to confirm the reservation.

·        All bank transfers are to be received free from any bank charges.

Cancellation Policy

·        If cancelled 61 days or more, before the arrival date, you will receive an 80% refund.

·        If cancelled 31-60 days, before the arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund.

·        If cancelled 30 days or less, before the arrival date, you will receive a 20% refund.

Booking and Reservation Policy

·        Reservations must be made in writing.

·        No provisional bookings will be accepted 30 or less days before the arrival date.

·        Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, unless discussed and agreed, between agent/guest and the management of Komba on the Rocks.

·        If there is no agreement, the reservation will automatically be released from the booking system. It is the responsibility of the guest to contact the agent or Management to arrange for more time.

·        If a bungalow is in high demand and the guest has only made a provisional booking, a confirmation or release will be requested.

Komba on the Rocks reserves the right to amend their Terms & Conditions.
